BEEF
Our Scotch Beef is supplied by John Scott Meat. It is an unrivaled quality meat produced naturally from the lush green pastures of Scotland’s hills and glens.

LAMB
Our Scotch Highland Lamb is supplied by John Scott Meat. It is an unrivalled quality meat produced naturally from the lush green pastures of Scotland’s hills and glens.

PORK
The pork that we sell in our shop is sourced from the best breeders in England. We are supplied by Packington Free Range Pork which is of the highest quality.

POULTRY
Our free range, corn fed chickens are sourced from a variety of suppliers, including the Rare Breed Meat Company. We also sell free range ducks, geese and guinea fowl.

GAME
We provide the highest quality game, free range ducks, geese, guinea fowl and Balmoral and Royal Deeside Venison.

SAUSAGE & BURGERS
We sell a wide range of traditional sausages which are all hand made on our premises. They are made with only the finest free range minced pork, rusk and seasoning.
